SLM has a separate Youth Division in order to target
the best youth talent from both home and abroad from
U15 – U21 level. SLM group has vast experience
in the academy system and has the necessary experience
and expertise to assist, advise and support young athletes
in their career moving forwards.
SLM
believe it is not just the player that needs this support
but the education of families in areas such as:

What
is so endearing about the SLM group is they dont leave
their athletes out in the cold if there career is cut
short due to injury or simply not making the grade at
the highest level in Sport. They do their upmost to
ensure that their athletes are looked after and settled
in whatever career pathway they choose following their
time with the SLM group.
